Ingredients:


for banana pancakes:


- butter - 4 tbsp. l.


- banana - 1 pc.


- milk - 235 ml.


- wheat flour - 95 gr.


- chicken egg - 4 pcs.


- brown sugar - 2 tbsp. l.


- vanillin - 1/2 tsp.


- salt - 1/4 tsp.


- cinnamon (ground) - 1/4 tsp.


- nutmeg (ground) - 1/4 tsp.


- cloves (ground) - 1 pinch


For filling:


- cream cheese - 225 gr.


- yogurt (no additives) - 345 gr.


- sugar - 65 gr.


- vanillin - 1/2 tsp.


for glaze:


- cream (33%) - 120 ml.


- brown sugar - 50 gr.


- butter - 15 gr.


- walnuts - 50 gr.


- vanillin - 1/2 tsp.


- salt - to taste



Preparation:


1. In a blender, beat the banana until puree, add the butter and then the rest of the pancake ingredients and beat until smooth.


2. Pour the dough into a bowl (it will turn out to be quite liquid inconsistency), cover with cling film, and refrigerate for at least an hour.


3. Beat the cooled dough and fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot skillet until golden brown.


4. Whisk the cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add yogurt, sugar, and vanillin.


5. Whisk until smooth.


6. Place the filling between each pancake, apply the rest of the cream on top of the cake.


7. Use a hand mixer to whisk the cream, brown sugar, and butter on medium speed in a saucepan.


8. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


9. Add vanillin, salt, and chopped nuts.


10. Immediately fill the cake with the icing.
