 Millet porridge  for breakfast 🍴





Ingredients:


- pumpkin - 400 gr.


- millet - 1 stack.


- milk - 1 stack.


- salt - to taste



Preparation:


1. Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into small cubes.


2. Wash the millet 3-4 times.


3. Pour milk over the pumpkin, salt and bring to a boil.


4. Add millet, reduce heat, cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.


5. Transfer to a pot (or initially cook in a cast iron), close the lid and bake in the oven for another 20 


minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
