- eggplant - 2 pcs.

- onion - 1 pc.

- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

- tomato - 1 pc.

- potatoes - 2 pcs.

- garlic - 2 tooth.

- ginger (granulated) - to taste

- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.

- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

- black pepper (ground) - to taste


1. Cut the eggplants in half, add salt for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.

2. Gently pull out the pulp, leaving the boats.

3. Chop the pulp randomly, but not coarsely.

4. Sprinkle the eggplants with vegetable oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

5. Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil, add chopped onions and chopped garlic.

6. Cook for 1 minute.

7. Put the eggplant pulp on the onion.

8. Add bell pepper, diced, tomato, similarly diced.

9. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

10. Fry separately from other vegetables in the remaining oil.

11. Put on a napkin.

12. Arrange the potatoes with the vegetable filling.

13. Add soy sauce.

14. Add ground black pepper and dry ginger.

15. Fill the boats with the resulting filling.

16. Add bright colors in the form of a tomato (optional).

17. You can bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, you don't have to.
