Ingredients: ✏

for the base:

- chocolate (bitter) - 220 gr.

- butter - 220 gr.

- sugar - 1 stack.

- chicken egg - 6 pcs.

- cocoa powder - 1/2 stack.

- vanillin - 1 tsp.

- salt - 1 tsp.

- water - 1/3 stack.

- coffee - 1 tbsp. l.


for white chocolate mousse:

- chocolate (white) - 165 gr.

- baking powder - 3 tbsp. l.

- butter - 3 tbsp. l.

- egg yolk - 4 pcs.

- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

- vanillin - 1 tsp.

- cream - 1.6 stack.


Preparation: ✒

1. Heat the oven to 175 degrees.

2. Line the cake pan with parchment paper.

3. Melt the butter, add the chocolate pieces, stirring until the chocolate is melted.

4. Dissolve coffee in warm water, add vanillin and salt. Add to chocolate mixture.

5. At this time, beat the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes (they should double in size).

6. Add cocoa and mix until smooth.

7. Mix 2 mixtures.

8. Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.

9. Break the white chocolate into pieces, mix with butter, baking powder.

10. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring a couple of times at intervals.

11. At this time, whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl.

12. Place in a water bath.

13. Keep on fire for about 5 minutes until thickened.

14. Remove from heat, add vanillin and white chocolate mixture.

16. Cool to room temperature.

17. Whisk the remaining 1.5 cups of cream until airy peaks. Add 1/3 cup of this cream to the chocolate mixture, and then the rest.

18. Pour the mousse onto the cooled base and refrigerate for an hour.

19. To decorate, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
