Ingredients: ✏

- Armenian lavash (thin) - 1 pc.

- meat (any) - 200 gr.

- hard cheese - 150 gr.

- tomato - 2 pcs.

- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.

- greens (any) - 50 gr.

- mayonnaise - to taste

- tomato sauce - to taste

- spices - to taste


Preparation: ✒

1. Spread pita bread with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato sauce.

2. Grate cheese and put on pita bread.

3. Cut the meat into long cubes, put on pita bread.

4. Cut the tomatoes into slices, put on pita bread.

5. Finely chop the bell pepper, put on pita bread.

6. Wash the greens, cut, put on pita bread.

7. Pepper, add any spices of your choice.

8. Roll the pita bread.

9. Top with mayonnaise or sour cream.

10. Put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

11. Serve hot or cold.
