Buckwheat porridge (with mushrooms and fried garlic) 🍴

Ingredients: ✏

- buckwheat groats - 1 stack.

- oyster mushrooms - 400 gr.

- onion - 1 pc.

- garlic - 1 head

- vegetable oil - 100 ml.

- paprika (ground) - 0.5 tsp.

- salt - to taste


Preparation: ✒

1. Pour 2.5 cups of boiling water over the buckwheat, season with salt, cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

2. Peel the garlic by crushing the cloves lightly.

3. Put the cloves in a small saucepan, cover with oil, put on low heat.

4. Saute until the garlic is golden brown.

5. Remove it with a slotted spoon on a plate.

6. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

7. Cut large mushrooms into pieces, leave small ones intact.

8. Heat the garlic oil in a frying pan, add the onion.

9. Grill over high heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.

10. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.

11. Salt, sprinkle with paprika, stir, remove from heat.

12. Combine mushrooms with onions and garlic with buckwheat and serve.
