Ingredients: ✏

for the test:

- wheat flour - 500 gr.

- olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

- salt - 1 tsp.

- water (warm) - 250 ml.

- yeast (dry) - 7 gr.

- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

For filling:

- tomato puree - 150 ml.

- salt - 0.5 tsp.

- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.

- oregano (dried) - 1/4 tbsp. l.

- Mozzarella cheese - 300 gr.

- olives - to taste

- ham - 40 gr.

Preparation: ✒

1. Put yeast and sugar in warm water and leave to rise.

2. Put flour, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.

3. When the yeast begins to foam, pour it into the flour mixture and knead the dough.

4. Let the dough rise for 2 hours or until it doubles in volume. 5. Chop the ham and olives and set aside.

6. Preheat oven to 190 C.

7. When the dough rises, divide it into 15 equal balls and press them down with the palm of your hand 

to a thickness of about 1.2 cm.

8. Place the dough pieces on a paper-lined baking sheet and place on top of each tomato sauce.

9. Bake for 15 minutes or until dough is done.

10. Remove the loaf from the oven, add the grated Mozzarella cheese, ham, and olives.

11. Place back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
