 Greek salad (with Chinese cabbage) 




Ingredients: ✏


- cucumbers - 200 gr.


- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.


- tomatoes - 200 gr.


- Peking cabbage - 150 gr.


- Feta cheese - 100 gr.


- dill - 1 bunch


- olives (pitted) - 100 gr.


- olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.


- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.


- salt - to taste


Preparation: ✒


1. Thoroughly wash all vegetables in running water, cut the cucumbers not too finely.


2. Peel and cut the bell pepper into strips.


3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.


4. Cut the olives into rings in this way.


5. Combine all these ingredients in a deep bowl, add chopped dill to the vegetables.


6. Separate Chinese cabbage into individual leaves and chop.


7. Add it to salad, pour vinegar over it, add olive oil.


8. Stir, then dice the cheese and send it to the salad.


9. Stir again, try and only then salt, as the cheese is salty and salt may not be required.
