Curd donuts 🍴

 Curd donuts 


- cottage cheese - 200 gr.

- wheat flour - 80 gr.

- soda - 1/4 tsp

- chicken egg - 1 pc.

- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

- salt - to taste

- vanilla sugar - 10 gr.

- vegetable oil - 150 ml.


1. Mash cottage cheese with sugar and egg, add salt and vanilla sugar.

2. Mix the curd mass with flour and baking powder, collect the dough into a ball.

3. Roll out a piece of dough with a rolling pin or simply knead it with your fingers into a small cake.

4. Cut out circles with a small glass, cut a hole of suitable diameter in the middle of each circle.

5. Heat the oil in a small deep container (1 liter saucepan), reduce heat to medium.

6. Fry donuts on both sides until golden brown.

7. Put the finished donuts on a paper napkin.
