Ingredients: ✏


for the test:


- wheat flour - 400 gr.


- sugar - 150 gr.


- butter - 150 gr.


- vanilla sugar - 10 gr.


- chicken egg - 2 pcs.


- baking powder - 1 tsp.


for filling No. 1:


- apricot jam - to taste


for filling No. 2:


- sugar - 100 gr.


- walnuts - 100 gr.


- milk - 3 tbsp. l.


Preparation: ✒


1. Sugar, eggs, beat until fluffy for about 5 minutes.


2. Add soft butter, vanilla sugar.


3. Beat.


4. Sift flour baking powder, add to creamy egg mass.


5. Knead the soft dough (add flour gradually) so as not pour over.


6. Divide the finished dough into two parts and roll out on the working


surfaces with dusty flour from them layers: one with a thickness of 3 mm., the second 4 mm.


7. Cut out from a thin layer with round molds biscuits larger in size than biscuits cut from the second 


layer.


8. Grind all ingredients for filling No. 2 into a paste.


9. Spread a large crust with apricot jam and put a small tubercle from the filling in the middle.


10.Slightly cover the filling with a smaller crust click.


11. Bake at 180 degrees for about 9-11 minutes.


12. Sprinkle hot biscuits with vanilla sugar.
