Ingredients: ✏


for the test:


- cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l.


- butter - 150 gr.


- sugar - 150 gr.


- chicken egg - 2 pcs.


- wheat flour - 300 gr.


- soda - 1 pinch


- baking powder - 2 tsp.


for cream:


- lemon - 1 pc.


- sugar - 200 gr.


- butter - 150 gr.


- semolina - 5 tbsp. l.


- milk - 200 ml.


for glaze:


- chocolate - 200 gr.


Preparation: ✒


1. Pour sugar into a wide bowl, break eggs and grind them until a thick white mass is formed.


2. Pour cocoa into the mixture and mix well until it acquires a uniform color.


3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda.


4. Grate butter on the dry mixture and stir quickly.


5. Pour the egg into the butter mass, stir until you get a dough, the consistency resembling thick sour 


cream.


6. Pour half of the dough into a round dish, greased on the inside with butter, and bake the cake at 180


degrees until cooked (about 35-40 minutes).


7. Put the cake out of the mold and cool.


8. Bake the second cake, also cool it at room temperature.


9. Cut each of the cooled cakes into 2 parts.


10. Wash the lemon well with hot water, without peeling, cut it in half and remove the seeds.


11. Twist the lemon through a meat grinder.


12. Beat soft butter with sugar, then add lemon to the mixture.


13. Dissolve the semolina in a glass of milk, pour the mixture into a saucepan and boil a very thick 


semolina porridge.


14. Cover the pot with porridge with a lid, put in a container with cold water and cool.


15. After that, adding porridge to the oil mixture in portions, prepare a cream.


16. On the cake dish, apply 2 tbsp. l. cream and put 1 thin crust.


16. Grease the cake with cream, place the second cake on it.


17. Lubricate with cream.


18. Similarly, collect the whole cake. Cover the top cake with cream as well.


19. Break the chocolate and melt it in the microwave.


20. You can add a little butter or hot cream to it.


21. Cool the chocolate a little and pour the cake completely with warm ganache. You can also sprinkle 


nuts on top, or you can not sprinkle them.


22. Leave the cake at room temperature for 2 hours, and then in the refrigerator for the same time.
