 Sunny curd cake (with peaches) 





Ingredients: ✏


for the cake:


- cookies - to taste


- milk (baked) - 400 gr.


- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.


- apple juice - 200 ml.


For filling:


- peaches (canned) - 1 can


- cottage cheese - 400 gr.


- sour cream - 200 gr.


- sugar - 120 gr.


- starch - 2 tbsp. l.


- chicken egg - 2 pcs.


- vanilla sugar - to taste


Preparation: ✒


1. Grind the cookies into small crumbs, add cocoa and gradually pour the juice.


2. Mix well. The dough should not be liquid and stick strongly to your hands.


3. Distribute the dough evenly over the baking dish (it's good to take a detachable one), we make 


bumpers.


4. Rub the curd through a sieve, add sour cream, starch,sugar and vanilla sugar.


5. Mix well with a whisk.


6. Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring each time.


7. Pour the filling into the mold.


8. Top with peaches.


9. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.


10. Let it cool in the oven for a while, then take it out.
