 Greek salad 




Ingredients:


- tomatoes - 500 gr.


- Bulgarian pepper - 350 gr.


- cucumbers - 400 gr.


- onions - 150 gr.


- Feta cheese - 200 gr.


- olives (pitted) - 150 gr.


- black pepper (ground) - to taste


- salt - to taste


- olive oil - to taste


- lemon juice - to taste


- greens - to taste


Preparation:


1. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.


2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then cut into thin slices.


3. Pepper to clear of seeds, cut into strips.


4. Cut the onion into half rings.


5. Cut the feta into cubes.


6. Mix oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.


7. Put tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions in a salad bowl.


8. Season with sauce, mix well.


9. Then carefully lay out the feta and the whole olives.


10. Decorate with herbs to taste.
